These terms of use ("Terms of Use") govern access to and use of the inzukistudio.com website ("the Site"), published by PRODIGE IO, SAS, whose registered office is at 6 rue d'Armaille, 75017 Paris (RCS (French Trade and Companies Register) Paris 103 926 820). By accessing the Site, you accept these Terms of Use without reservation.

1. Purpose

The purpose of the Terms of Use is to define the conditions under which the Site is made available and the conditions of its use by the user. The Site presents the services of PRODIGE IO and allows users to submit a quote request.

2. Access to the Site

The Site is freely accessible to any user with Internet access. Equipment and connection costs are borne by the user.

We endeavour to ensure the availability of the Site 24/7, but cannot be held liable for any unavailability, whether due to a maintenance operation, a technical failure, or an event of force majeure.

3. Use of the Site

The user undertakes to use the Site in accordance with the law and these Terms of Use. In particular, the user shall refrain from:

  • impairing the operation of the Site (intrusion, overload, code injection, etc.);
  • collecting data from the Site without authorisation;
  • using the Site for fraudulent or unlawful purposes or in a manner that infringes the rights of third parties.

The information transmitted via the quote request form must be accurate and provided in good faith.

4. Intellectual property

The Site may refer to third-party websites over which we exercise no control. We disclaim all liability for their content.

7. Liability

The information published on the Site is provided for guidance only. PRODIGE IO does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the information and cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the Site.

8. Amendment of the Terms of Use

We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. The applicable version is the one in force at the time of access to the Site.

9. Applicable law and disputes

These Terms of Use are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing amicable resolution, the French courts shall have jurisdiction, subject to the mandatory rules applicable to consumers.
