This policy describes how PRODIGE IO (SAS) ("we") collects and processes your personal data when you use the inzukistudio.com website, in compliance with the RGPD (GDPR) and the French "Informatique et Libertés" Act (Data Protection Act).
1. Data controller

2. Data we collect
We collect only the data necessary for the purposes described below.
a) When you fill in the quote request form:
- Identity: surname (and, where applicable, first name).
- Contact details: e-mail address, telephone number (optional).
- Information about your project: answers to the questionnaire (project type, indicative budget, deadline) and free-text message.
b) When you browse the Site (subject to your consent):
- Audience measurement data: pages viewed, visit source, device type, technical data, via Google Analytics 4. This data is collected only after your acceptance via the consent banner.
We do not collect any so-called "sensitive" data and do not carry out any fully automated decision-making producing legal effects.

4. Recipients and processors
Your data is accessible to authorised personnel of PRODIGE IO (in particular the sales team). We use the following processors, who act on our instructions:
- Google Firebase / Cloud Firestore — hosting and storage of quote requests. Data stored within the European Union (region
eur3— Europe). - Google Analytics 4 — audience measurement (only after consent).
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS) — delivery of alert e-mails (French company, head office in Paris).
We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.
5. Transfers outside the European Union
The hosting and storage of your requests are carried out within the European Union. However, certain Google services may involve transfers to third countries; these transfers are governed by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and the appropriate safeguards provided for by the RGPD (GDPR).
6. Retention period
- Quote requests / prospect data: kept for 3 years from our last contact, in accordance with the recommendations of the CNIL (French data protection authority) regarding prospecting.
- Customer data (in the event of a contract): for the duration of the contractual relationship, then according to the statutory retention periods (in particular accounting: 10 years).
- Audience measurement: retention period set in Google Analytics (by default 14 months maximum).
7. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data (restricted access, secure hosting, encrypted communications). Access to data is limited to authorised persons.
8. Your rights
In accordance with the RGPD (GDPR), you have the following rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, portability, and the right to set guidelines concerning the fate of your data after your death.
To exercise these rights, write to us at inzukistudio@gmail.com, or by post to PRODIGE IO — 6 rue d'Armaille, 75017 Paris. We may ask you for proof of identity. We respond within one month.
You may also withdraw your consent to audience measurement at any time (see the Cookies section) and lodge a complaint with the CNIL (French data protection authority) (www.cnil.fr).
9. Cookies and trackers
The Site uses audience measurement cookies (Google Analytics 4). These cookies are only placed after your acceptance via the consent banner displayed on your first visit.
- Strictly necessary cookies: for the operation of the Site (storing your consent choice). Exempt from consent.
- Audience measurement cookies: Google Analytics 4 — subject to your consent.
You may refuse or withdraw your consent at any time via the banner, or by deleting cookies in your browser settings. In the event of refusal, no measurement cookie is placed.
